EMBRACE ANTENATAL PROGRAM
Antenatal Classes will help you and your partner for labour, birth, breastfeeding and caring for a newborn baby. Its goal is to provide regular check-ups that allow doctors or midwives to treat and prevent potential health problems throughout the course of the pregnancy and to promote healthy lifestyles that benefit both mother and child.
Our Antenatal Expert and Lactation consultant, Dr Gauri Karol, will give you whole insights about healthy pregnancy and birth. So come and join the sessions for your good self.
Preconception care is an opportunity for you and your partner to improve your health before you start trying for a baby. POST DELIVERY WEIGHT REDUCTION
Postpartum Belly - When will it go away? Unfortunately for new moms, your postpartum belly won’t bounce back immediately after giving birth. Weight Loss Timeline differs for every woman based on a number of factors.
You’ll lose about 12 pounds immediately after giving birth as your uterus shrinks back down to the level of the belly button. One week after giving birth, you’re still peeing out a lot of fluids. While Nursing woman is advised to consume an additional 500 calories, they often lose more weight than formula-feeding mothers.
Breastfeeding helps a mother and baby to form a close, loving relationship, which makes mothers feel deeply satisfied emotionally. Close contact form immediately after delivery helps this relationship to develop. This process is called bonding.

The term "menopause" is commonly used to describe any of the changes a woman experiences either just before or after she stops menstruating, marking the end of her reproductive period. Each person experiences mensuration differently. It is a transition into a new phase of life. It begins when the menstrual cycle finishes.

PRE/POST CONCEPTION DIET
